The Enterprise version of Rameses is designed to provide corporate and chains full control over their estate, whether the sites are managed, franchised or both.

Menus, pricing, deals are all determined centrally. You decide how much flexibility each site is allowed and any changes are controlled by the Head Office.

Each site is polled every night to a Head Office system where ALL the information in each store – right down to an individual customer’s preferences - are available to you.

A sophisticated dashboard is available, which displays in each store their current performance. Various measures are available – production & out the door times, average order value, numbers of orders, etc. Each store is shown its relative position in the region (or group of stores of your choosing) and nationally. The top 3 and bottom 3 stores are also shown, which really encourages competition. The information is updated every 60 seconds.

Whatever the style of your operation – delivery, takeaway, fast counter service, full restaurant service ( or any combination of these) – Rameses can handle them all!

We offer a comprehensive support package for hardware & software and with our remote helpdesk facility can usually fix most problems in a few minutes. We can also reconfigure PCs remotely in the case of hardware failure, so no one machine malfunction can close the store. All store data is automatically backed up to a secure FTP server nightly for full peace of mind.
