1. Which product is right for my business?

Rameses is an EPOS system for all sizes of food delivery business. For a busy single shop we would recommend Rameses Professional. If you open more shops we can easily upgrade your system to Rameses Enterprise to enable you to professionally control your business as it grows.

 

2. I only have one shop, isn't my company too small for this system?

Rameses is designed with one goal in mind - to help you get orders taken, food prepared and delivered to the customer as quickly as possible. Customers who receive their food  quickly will order from you again! Whether you have one shop or a huge chain, this goal remains the same.

 

3. A lot of my staff don't speak great English, how easy is the system to use?

Colour coded buttons with simple text and an organized workflow allow your staff learn to take and dispatch the orders efficiently without assistance.

 

4. I have a lot of different menus at my shop, how easy is  the system to use?

We have a number of customers in the same situation - Rameses allows you to switch between multiple menus as you take the order.

 

5. Why don't you provide hardware?

In our experience ,our customers want to choose their own hardware. Rameses runs on a computer running Windows XP, WEPOS or Windows 7. You buy the computers and organize the Internet connection and we take care of the rest. We work closely with several hardware vendors and are happy to refer you to one that supplies EPOS equipment, if you would like us to.

 

6. I change my menu a lot  - how easy is it to change?

We can show you how to make menu changes yourself - and if you need help we are able to connect to your machine over the internet and make the changes with you.

 

7. This system looks like it does a lot more that I need. Can I switch bits off?

When we set up your system, we can customize the functionality of your system to the requirements of your business using a series of checkbox options that your staff will never see.

 

8. I know a lot about food delivery and nothing about computers - I need help!

Andromeda consultants will not only install your system and configure it for you, but if you want they will stay in the store with you for the first few days and show you how to use the system. We are happy provide training over the Internet as well.

 

9. I am just setting my shops and on budget ! Are there payment options?

We are happy to take each customer needs into account and work with you to find the best way of getting you the system you need.

 

10. I have a chain of 10 shops - how do I control them better?

Andromeda Dashboard Technology gathers information from Rameses in each store and shows the store in real time, how successful they are in comparison to the other stores in your chain. Rameses will also allow you to manage your inventory more effectively. AMS is our HQ technology - this gives you full metrics on each stores performance from delivery time, top store offers and highest profit stores.

 

11. I would like to do targeted Marketing on budget - can you help?

Rameses offers the ability to send your customers SMS text messages, whether you would like to offer them a deal or a repeat order. Targetted SMS marketing has proven time and again to be far cheaper and more effective than delivering flyers!

 

12. Do I need really fast internet connection in my store to use your software?

No you don't. The majority of our customers use basic broadband packages and this is more than sufficient for what they need .

 

13. Do I need really expensive computers?

Not at all, basic hardware is all that is needed, just like you use at home.

 

14.What happens if something goes wrong ?
